The Site does not itself confer any legal rights on you. Rights to benefit rights under the MNRPF are conferred only by the MNRPF's Trust Deed and Rules (as in force from time to time) and the general law. Members can obtain copies of the Trust Deed and Rules from Merchant Navy Pensions Administration ("MNPA"). If you want a copy, you should complete the Enquiry Form on the Site and e-mail it to MNPA.
MNPA have tried and will try to ensure that the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but neither they nor the Trustee of the MNRPF - Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund Trustees Ltd ("the Trustee") - represent, warrant or undertake that the Site is or will remain accurate or up-to-date. The information on this Site may be changed or updated without notice, and there may be a time-lag, after a change affecting the MNRPF, before the Site is updated to reflect it.
