All general enquiries about the Fund should be raised with the Member Helpline at MNPA. The team will handle all your general requests for information and will, where necessary, co-ordinate with the administration teams where benefit calculations are required.

If your enquiry is of a straightforward nature you may either contact the team by telephone on 01372 200385 or complete an Enquiry Form. If you have a number of questions you will find it easier to complete an Enquiry Form in the first instance.
