APPLICATIONS FOR RETIREMENT

MNPA will normally contact members about 6 months prior to Normal Pension Age to ask about their retirement plans. If you wish to apply for your retirement benefits you should complete a "Pension Application Form". This can be obtained by contacting MNPA or can be accessed by clicking here!

In addition to a completed Pension Application Form, you will need to provide your birth certificate and, if you are married, your marriage certificate and your spouse's birth certificate. Your application must be returned by post and please make sure you send your original certificates at the same time.
