So far, we’ve made payments to 479 members. We write to you if you’re eligible to receive a payment or you might be able to make a claim.

The Trustee is now implementing the settlement. We will write to those who might be eligible to receive a payment or additional benefits.

We are pleased to report that Mrs Justice Bacon DBE has approved the settlement.

Mrs Justice Bacon has now issued her judgment approving the settlement in the IHER case.

Revised settlement terms have been finalised and signed. A Court hearing has been scheduled for 24 February 2022.

The parties have now agreed the detailed settlement terms. They will be considered by a judge at a hearing in October.
